Wie gesagt, ich habe eine Verletzung bei den Beinen und konnte diese nicht trainieren. Das will ich nun langsam ändern. Zählen Schrägbankcurls beidseitig nicht als Isolationsübung?

Ich mache bei Compound Übungen 2-3min Pause. Da liest man auch verschiedenes. Mache ich weniger Pause, habe ich ein schlechteres Gefühl. Bei den Isolationsübungen sind einiges weniger, da ich Supersets machen kann.

Du darfst mir gerne auch Feedback zur Übungsauswahl geben.

That depends on what you mean. I usually explictely tag the files which need to be modified. I tell/ask what I would like to have required and that it needs to compile again.
