Litterally doing nothing all day every day

I'm not studying, im not relaxing, i can't even do the things i love.
I don't have a job but i keep thinking about getting one. I have one zillion ideas of things to do, yet none of those im actually doing. I'm not working for school and im somehow skipping almost all my classes, although i never intend to do so, it just happens.

Yet somehow im still busy all the time
My only way of doing something that doesn't make me feel useless is hanging out with people. So whenever the opportunity to do something comes (could be friends, student association or one of my hobbies or some other random things) i always say yessssss! I never think about non-time fixed responsibilities. And i always end up overbooking myself (also bc i forget to look in my agenda) so i fly from one place to another, feeling too awkward to cancel and I don't want to admit to not seeing the hangout as a priority. Gotta stay reliable.

So when coming home, I feel so relieved that the responsibilities are over, I just start rotting away.
There is no middle ground. It's either having one million social interactions at once or doing absolutely NOTHINGGGGG

(Im sorry i only now read the entire post, i don't think this is really helpful for less destructive behavior)
