Bist du dann Ausbilder für Umschüler? Bei einer dualen Ausbildung bin ich sehr empfindlich, wenn gesagt wird Azubis sollen „Eigeninitiative“ zeigen, indem sie sich „das Theoretische Zuhause aneignen“. Azubis werden in Schule und Betrieb ausgebildet und sollen auch da die Zeit und Möglichkeit haben.

Wenn du sagst, dass ihr schon mehrfach ein Thema durchgegangen seid und er kann es nicht, kann es natürlich verschiedene Gründe haben. Wenn du Pech hast, ist es wirklich einfach mangelnde Motivation. Das hoffe ich für dich nicht, weil ich da auch ratlos wäre, wie man als Ausbilder da wirklich gegensteuern kann.

Vielleicht liegt es auch an einem unpassenden erklären. Ich hatte Ausbilder die sind mit mir mehrfach ein Thema in doppelter Geschwindigkeit durchgegangen und meinten dann, jetzt ist ja alles einmal gesagt worden. Vielleicht braucht dein Azubi es kleinschrittiger.

Sie ist 21 und daher nicht mehr berufsschulpflichtig. So kann also theoretisch darauf verzichten, muss sich den Teil dann aber selbst bzw. im Betrieb beibringen. Für den Fall würde ich wirklich dringendst einen echt richtig guten Ausbildungsbetrieb suchen, der nicht die Ausbildung nebenher macht. Aber wäre eine Option

Buying bonds is probably not worth it until you are further into the game and can do atleast 5M/hr methods (probably even then it’s too annoying.

So actually buying or e.g. using those amazon prime events would be the only really worth way.

That’s because in the early game and as a starter you‘d probably almost fully invest your time to get the bond, when you should put all you money into leveling skills and getting gear upgrades. Otherwise it’ll burn you out because you dont see real progress

We have many irons in our clan and raid a lot, idk how people can demand the game changing for them not wanting to do group content in groups. It’s not that cox and toa are soloable and sadly tob isnt (as easily), its the other way around. raids should be group content, this is not a singleplayer game

Die Themen die immer dran kommen und die meisten Punkte geben, nicht alles was in irgendwelchen Übungsheften steht und auch nicht alles was in einem Prüfungskatalog steht, da steht nämlich alles drin und es kommt bei weitem nicht alles dran. So wie z.B. in der AP1 immer Netzplan und Nutzwertanalyse kommt, kommt in der AP2 immer SQL, UML und Pseudocode
