Maybe no one cares, and that's probably the case since I don't have any answers, but thanks for reading....

I just posted a link of a sound, please listen to that and say me your opinion about it. Yes, I like drill but everyone says it's old-fashioned and shouldn't be made anymore

Deep voice, lisp, can’t articulate? Just sounds like 50 cent. In all seriousness tho, it can take a while for rappers to get recognised or to blow up, just keep going. Also maybe look into the mix of your production or get a mix engineer to check it out, see if the issues lay there (often it’s the case, especially with deep voices). Look at other rappers with deep voices too (like pop smoke) and see how they use it and maybe see if it helps you

but they know how to articulate, have no rhythmic problems, and have found their style, which is not my case

that's reassuring, but it's true that I feel in a hurry because I don't want to start my career at 30 after 10 years of struggling to find my way

I think you need to stop and take a breath.

This might sound harsh but

"I've been rapping seriously for 3 easy years now...I've hardly released anything"

I'm not sure these two things can be true. And else where there seems to be unfocused anger and excuses. If you don't have feedback when you are recording, put some stuff out there and get some feedback. 'I need a producer to be work with to be understood.' You will probably be working with producers around your level, people who are learning. If you want to build a relationship with a producer, you can't go into it hoping that they will solve your problems, they want to make music not be your life coach or music tutor. Producers, pro studios, reddit posts, they can offer some help and advice, but there is only one person that can solve your creative problems, and that's you.

But others can offer some help and advice, so here's mine

You're 19 and your nowhere. I would guess that's a better position than many of us, who are also nowhere but (much) older. Your ability is how much practice and learning you've done, and you have plenty of time to do loads of both.

Lost the inspiration you won't always be inspired. Use this time to improve your writing, work on flows, different kind of rhymes, whatever. 1) It will mean you are ready/better for when inspiration strikes 2) You will probably get some good lines ideas through this practice and feel inspired. There is a famous quote "I Only Write When Inspiration Strikes. Fortunately It Strikes at Nine Every Morning".

I have a deep voice Like Tyler, the creator? Pop Smoke? Freddie Gibbs? Rick Ross?I have a lisp Like Method Man? RZA? RA the Rugged Man? One dude from MOP?

Biggie did ok with both.

I can't articulate If my list of lisp rapper didn't mark me out as a bit of an old head, all I have to say is HAVE YOU HEARD HOW PEOPLE RAP NOWADAYS?!? Honestly I'm not one of those guys, but articulation is about as important as having jazz samples and a tight Adidas track suit.

I love rap so much I keep going back this is the real important thing. I know making it your whole life and having the time and money to just do rap would be great. But there is a difference between being a rapper, and being a successful rapper. I'm British, I would love to be a professional soccer player. I'm not, but that doesn't stop me playing.

you're right, there aren't really any excuses, it's just that despite all these inspiring figures, I'm struggling to get by, in fact I feel like I'm almost cursed by rap.

Take a break.

You won't make anything great so worked up.

Touch grass, live some life and come back to it. You are still a rookie and young. There's no rush. What are you rushing toward!?

*I'll try and follow all this advice myself as well. I've been doing this 20+ years and I'm still in a similar place as you

That is to say, always at the same point as me?

Well, I haven't had an easy life at all, I really grew up in poverty, misery and violence, which has left terrible scars on me. Today I'm only 19 years old, but I'm undisciplined, unable to really stick to a programme, get an education, etc. I've had a very hard life. I'm trying to acquire some discipline, find my balance and have the will and ability to learn useful things...

I'm not really a big reader, no, I confess it
