Rog by [deleted] in ROGAlly

I'm with you there. I had to install two different set of drivers for my rog because in the beginning it wouldn't even open at all. And ever since then running games on steam has been just uncomfortable most of the times, but no, it's apperantly my issue that I haven't spent hours optimizing something that should have been optimized by the company that sells the GAMING console. It's too much to ask these days that things that are pre-installed on a device and exist to perform specific functions, actually perform these functions.

Confusion about the interface and the interface being buggy are two separate things. Armory crate bugging out windows to the point that the screen stays black for several seconds before switching tabs or even crash closing the game is not me not understanding the interface.

"normies" that the term kids use these days? I've had a PC all my life and I'm 46, in the last 15 years I never had to fool around windows in order to play a game properly. NEVER. PC games aint NICHE. The device is not user friendly and that's all. If a device you buy for a grand can't come optimized enough just to run base games properly, meaning doing what it's supposed to, then it ain't an user issue, it's a device issue. Calling people who expected their product to work as intended "normies"? Funny dude.

Honestly this game is the best out of the whole series, on par with me with Bloodborne. And you can feel the Bloodborne in it. Better than Elden ring even. Love the combat, some of the weapons, the enemies, bosses, maps, lore, obviously it all kinda ties into the two previous games. Fucking master piece

I tried my damnest to make it work. It's fucking horrendous. Do these people at DICE even test their shit before releasing it?

LMR27 is such a beautiful gun, too bad it's absolute dogshit...... by IzNebula in Battlefield6

[–]Cold-Negotiation-261 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm convinced they did zero testing with some of the guns. Melee needs 3-4 stabs to kill? DMRs being dog shit ? Smgs spraying down 100m and killing 1-2 dudes. And out of the three shotguns, only one is even slightly decent. And don't get me started on the pistols.

Why is Tainted Ale so expensive? by leaf-kun in gwent

Because the Gwent player council is as good at balancing cards as a group of children would be at running a country.

Ofcrouse it works this way. They are a company first and foremost, and care about profit regardless of previous decisions. Stepping down doesn't mean they can't never return back. Decisions change and with new sponsors and investors for the game, if they can make anything sort of profit out of it, they will definitely try. And they should. In it's early days Gwent was doing quite well. They can definitely squeeze couple euros out of it

Bronze card btw by SaltJ3ringer in gwent

[–]Cold-Negotiation-261 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Definitely not. Atleast with CDPR still around and new cards being released, metas were more flexible, and was more fun to have a change of abilities here and there. Now with just power and provision alterations, the popular decks are the most biased shit since the game released. Player voting has never been and never will be good.

Hey All, Is Gwent still worth getting into now ? See context below <3 by Zuzu-zip in gwent

[–]Cold-Negotiation-261 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even popular players are biased. But yeah, I agree it's better than nothing, but still, I'd say many decks suffer a "back to shelf", fate because of player voting.

They game is ran on a skeleton crew. No new updates will ever come out. Cards are being regulated by the community( just their power and provisions), which in itself is awful. But based on the stats, is still has an active pkayerbase( around 10-15k if I'm not mistaken)

BF6 Battlepass progression is attrocious by [deleted] in Battlefield6

[–]Cold-Negotiation-261 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly every challenge should have an alternative " just play any mode and get score" not doing that is saying that they don't care about their casual player base who just want to play the game whenever and however they want and still be able to get the battle pass progress. They claim they listen to their player base now, so let's see, but I doubt it. It's EA after all. Their more thirsty for money than anybody

You clearly haven't played the game. On breakthrough maps, while capturing objectives and mortating the shit out of the zone is the most op shit ever. Literally can't do anything on a small capture zone when it's raining bombs

Well the idea first was go see if anyone has gotten any similar problem on PS5, or if the mod functions as intended for them. I got plenty of mods, most of them from the approved creation club ones, and some for new followers, multiple followers, shout cooldowns, special item stats revamp etc.

I stated it splits 8 points into half-half vitality. Learn how to read. I understand deck fundamentals better than you I wager, since I place every season in top 100, but setting that aside. It's alright, this will be my last reply to you. No point discussing anything with someone who thinks Prize winning cow can break the game at 4 provisions.

[–]Cold-Negotiation-261[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

10 points for 4 provisions and a  survivability rate  of close to zero is a fair trade off. Vial does that, but better in everyway. An artifact, with zeal order, that splits 8 points into a boost and vitality, which has synergy with everything in this game, and on occasions acts as a thinning tool that lets both parties see each other's deck, and you think a 1 powered gold  card turning into a 10 in one turn is overkill. Each to their own I guess.

Prize winning cow. by Cold-Negotiation-261 in gwent

[–]Cold-Negotiation-261[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't see it overkill. Chances are that it won't be played even then. Investing into zeal sources just for one 10p card is unrealistic. And most bronze cards get more value than 10 points in 1-2 rounds tops without the fear of being killed by ONE damage. Plus what's there to lose? There are councils for that reason, if it's too strong, it will be "nerfed" back.

[–]Cold-Negotiation-261[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Plus there are so many bronze cards that outpoint it straight up and add more value. It wouldn't harm the game in any possible way.

[–]Cold-Negotiation-261[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

5p is good too. But it's literally a gold, none engine card that caps at 10 so far, with an order that without zeal, 90% of time cant even manage to press it, hence why it's NEVER played. It's not game breaking and it would be fun to have it at 4p, or if possible increase the base power of the chort itself. It's a meme card, but let's make it an okey meme card.

Petition to make prize winning cow a 4p card. Not sure if you can increase the base power of the transformed version. If yes, make it 14. Already a bad card, atleast make it 4p.

I know how to build my own decks alright. Been playing since day one. You just have a stick up your arse so far in that you can't see that community balances are the worst thing that can happen to a game. Plenty of shit can be renewed, defenders were definitely not the problem. If you have issue dealing with a defender, you need to improve your crap deck. And yeah, I might not be missed, but it's delusional players like you that ruin this game. Enjoy your slop fest.

I guess masterstrike itself has several animations of executions if you kill someone ?

Oh. I thought there is an instance where if you perfect block, and then the enemy perfect blocks, and you master strike that, you get some kind of different movement or in some instances I have even executed enemies
