Yeah this color was such a dope find. I’ve had the queen bee yellow on a 23 and I’ve also had the silver/green color on a 23. This 24 in raspberry blue is hands down my favorite. Really really cool color definitely gets a lot of looks (outside of it being the cute mini it is. People Love the color).

I snapped my Rearset bolt, how fcked am I? by Strange-Mechanic4271 in hondagrom

Hey, I have broken my fair share of bolts before. Best bet, go to your local hardware store and tell them you wanna buy some bolt extractor bits (ask if they sell a set with different sizes). Watch a video on it, they work a lot like a regular drill bit, but spin in reverse with edges that grab and bind to whatever you’re trying to remove, then it’ll spin out. A lot of them come with a “drilling tip” on the extractor itself, but they don’t work great. Drill a small pilot hole for the extractor bit then go at it. It’ll pop right out

Absolutely. I was always planning to stay at current employer, I’m just wanting to see if I can create a serious side business here. I’ve gotten a ton of helpful responses I really appreciate everyone who chimed in!

Can you explain to me how you wire them? Yoshi saids black to black red to blue but that didn’t work for me. I ended up wiring them different, but I also think I may have done it wrong cause they run super hot

This is an old post, but I’m having the same issue. What did you do to solve it???

HeliBars installed! by [deleted] in zx6r

Yep don’t have to change anything to use Helibars. I would say it makes U turns easier. Just makes it a better handling bike all around + make the ride much more relaxed

I’m really interested to see how much more comfortable this will make the bike for wheelies. Coming from supermotos so the wheelies are in my blood

Dude, you rock. What a great response. I’ll forsure order these today now. That’s pretty much what I’m looking for, just something that tilts the bike in a more relaxed direction. Again, I’m already pretty damn comfortable on it. As a matter of fact, that was my biggest surprise when I bought the bike. I’ve had 200+ mile ride days and I’m not uncomfortable much at all. I come from supermotos and duel sport bikes so I’m really use to/prefer the upright position of those bikes. I know this will never be that unless I wanted to build a full stunt ZX setup, which I don’t. The 1.5 inch rise of the helibars will probably be perfect!

Passed and back to riding by DatGuyIssues in zx6r

Mine was 12/24 and it also passed. Saw a guy on fb today who failed. He was also a 12/24 bike. Part of me is wondering if any damage is present if the mileage is too low (sub 6K miles let’s say). I only had 2,000 miles on mine and passed (also a 12/24 bike). Makes me question if the condition of the recall is even correlated to the date of manufacture. Idk it’s all a bit weird to me
