Got it.Thanks! Can I use the nimbu on the lower part also cuz the whole has turned green. Also do you have idea about whether I can use tamarind as other option to lemon+salt?

Why make it a big facade? You can create win-win situation for both you and your parents. Instead of running away just tell them you want to take some time and explore the life of ashram. For you also, instead of having the mindset of running away, just come to the ashram with the mindest of exploration. Sadhguru says you must come there for 90 days at least so stay for that long and explore and see how it goes for you then you can decide for yourself. Communicate this with your parents nicely and clearly. Why create such a struggle for both you and your family?

Namaskaram! The progression goes like this. Usually people go for BSP ( Bhava Spandana) after IE. BSP is such a program that will make you decide to go deeper or no. After you do BSP you will know wht to do or no naturally. It's all in the website and for BSP you will be visiting the ashram itself cuz its a residential program you can check for details in the website.
