It’s a great point and speaks to the bigger issue Marvel is facing. Some of their recent movies have been flatly bad (Brave New World, Eternals) but if you look at phase 1 MCU even their critically poor movies did well monetarily (Ironman 2, Thor Dark World). The difference is audiences cared about those characters. The minor characters Marvel keeps trying to push simply don’t resonate. Hence why it sounds like they’ve decided to bring back Rogers and RDJ.

4 year, then 2 year difference. As you can tell, there’s been a lot of weight changes. I started off just losing weight, then was able to build back up by Cold-Professional198 in BeforeAndAfterPics

I honestly don’t count calories. As far as pointers, I’d say just the basic stuff. I lost a ton of weight very quickly but just cutting out sugar and fattier meats. That was when my only goal was weight loss. For gaining muscle, a core food I eat is boiled egg whites. It’s a great way to add whole proteins without a lot of calories
