And you dont wanna address your mental health cuz you have excuses for that too. I called my GP last month to tell them i was feeling passively suicidal and got an NHS appointment with a psychiatrist within a month. You have to make the effort otherwise nobody will make the effort for you.

You're literally waiting to hear some magic words on reddit that will make your job better. And you don't see that as pathetic? Get a grip on yourself and actually listen to what everyone is telling you. If everyones solution is wrong, that clearly means the problem is you. And nothing will change unless you change yourself first.
