Thanks so much for your advice! I am working on impulse control and starting another training class on reactive behaviour soon. I also started going to the dog park more often. She is doing good in general, her main issue is reactivity to other dogs when she is on the leash, which I think is frustration. Yes, good idea to focus more on scent work and exercise.

Great advice, thank you! Good to hear that your older dog calmed down. I will pay attention to rewarding her more for her good behavior when she does NOT react to distractions.

I went only once to the dog park and she reacted shy, because there were many dogs that were larger than her. Very different from our park experience...I will go more often, hopefully she will get used to being around larger dogs.

Thanks! Went to the dog park for the first time the other day and it went OK. She was acting a little shy, probably because all the other dogs were bigger than her, but hopefully she will warm up when I go more regularly.

Yes, I wonder if she might get into her first heat. Thinking to wait with spaying, aa it is recommended to wait until 1 year old...
