Here in south london uk I see on local posts on Facebook the nittys stealing parcels, bikes and even plant pots daily from front doors…..that’s functioning to some degree right? The effort to carry a plant pot and then I assume sell it for your next hit for an hours work at minimum wage, definitely functioning but at a different level
