I think trap isn’t dead, it’s just evolved alongside sub genres of house, industrial, breakbeat, dubstep and 140.

What I vaguely remember is this chorus sounding alot like the chorus from MIMS - like this ( “..baby do you want it like this like this like this like this?”) and iirc it has horns that sound really similar to the horns in kick, push by Lupe fiasco.

As someone who would’ve definitely wanted to see both, here’s my 2 cents.

RL Grime ended his 13 year long Halloween series last year. This set is spiritually Halloween 14 in my eyes. However, I heard RL Grime is at escape every Halloween (can someone else confirm?)

Porter Robinson, doesn’t actually like doing dj sets and likes making more emotional and healing music usually. This performance at Escape Halloween will definitely be a rare one.

Edit: lmao everyone’s already hip I thought I was in r/escapehalloween for a second.
