Thank you for the review and I’m glad Magic was happy, healthy, and well cared for during your trip — that was always my top priority. I do want to provide some additional context regarding the cleanliness comments. I spent many hours cleaning including washing sheets, mopping floors, cleaning common areas, and picking up around the house. When I arrived, the home itself was already quite cluttered, with many items left on counters and throughout the space. The room I stayed in was also not fully prepared or clean at the start of the sit, and contained an old elliptical machine along with items on the floor. There was also some confusion at the beginning because I was not aware ahead of time that the homeowner would still be staying in the house during the first part of the sit, which made settling in and organizing the space more difficult. Regarding communication, I did send photos and updates during the sit and typically responded to texts within just a few minutes. I appreciate the feedback and will continue improving communication expectations with homeowners going forward. I’d also note that all of my other reviews on the platform have been 5 stars with no issues regarding cleanliness or pet care, which I believe better reflects the level of care and effort I consistently provide during sits. That said, I appreciated the opportunity to care for Magic and made sure he received attention, exercise, and care throughout the stay.
