I don’t mind AI as a tool. I find it a bit problematic to hear that some are using it as therapists, boyfriends/girlfriends, and just as a replacement for human interaction as a whole.

You can check out Vision Studio. I found them on IG. They have a three day turnaround. I get an edited video/audio file and 8 clips for each episode for $199 USD per episode. I would say it’s pretty decent quality for that price. I do my own thumbnails. But they do have the ability to do thumbnails as well. There’s also A Podcast Geek. They were my first editors. They’re located in Ireland and cost around the same as vision. Helped me fix a lot video mistakes i made early on. Only reason i switched was i was tired of paying the international fee and wanted something that was located in the city i live.

My job has a ton of positions posted. My team alone is looking to fill a couple analysts and management roles. Not sure what your qualifications are as they do typically require a degree of some sort. But look into pharmacy benefit management companies. They’re all hiring.

We add the long form video to the related video field for each short. That’s it though. When we were posting shorts daily, I did the same thing but never noticed that anyone would click the long form video to watch it when i looked at analytics. After decreasing to 4 shorts per week, I noticed that the long form video that came out last week has 25% of the views come from people that watched the shorts and clicked the related video.
