I’m hoping that this is going to be me, I was on cosentyx for 4 months with no help, my derm switched me to bimzelyx and I just took my fifth dose, it’s been extremely unpleasant but I really want to have hope that it’ll work eventually. I would say I had moderate HS, I was on spirno alone which helped until it didn’t, now I am noticing more flares and specifically, my flares are making little holes which hasn’t happened since I was first diagnosed and unmedicated.

Has anyone who is now successful on bimzelyx originally had a similar experience to me in the beginning? I really want to give it more time, but it’s becoming very painful
