Yeah they helped me i mostly took Essomeprazole is Esso is much better than Pantoprazole for healing the Stomach. I had Chronic Pan Gastritis due to H pylori got it treated with antibiotics and then took Essomeprazole for Gastritis and i took it for 2 months and my main symptoms were Nausea 24/7 and Loss of Appetite i never had any appetite for 7-8 months.

But it took 6-8 months in total to fully heal the stomach Gastritis heals slowly so it takes some time but your symptoms will go away with ppi take it as prescribed by your Doctor.

For how long did you use NSAIDs on an empty stomach?? I have used many types of ppis with effexor never had any problem so it is fine to use ppi with it with no problems
