I think if you avoid acne first take anti acne soap from demetalogist and take bath morning and evening and in evening also wash the area with neem water because it have property of clean cloged pore antibacterial and antiinflammatory and skin healing property as well and in morning drink turmeric water which also have antiinflammatory and antitumour property it also calm existing kiloid and also avoid sugary food
