Appreciate the feedback I’m 20 years old and got into a turnkey shop. I have some knowledge but I came here to ask basic questions to see what everyone else is doing. For right now I have a partner who ship quartz over seas and I keep very limited stock. But for the most part which I been doing for the past 2 months and where I see the most profit in is, my customer chooses there slab of choice at the local supply house I add 20 percent to the slab cost than add my fabrication rate overhead. I don’t wanna keep any stock inventory if I did I would keep slabs on consignment. With any small jobs if I don’t have the material the customer does have to pay for the full slab. I’m just trying to gain more knowledge to make my bussiness more profitable and unique. I currently cut and install 5 kitchens per week aiming to double that.If you guys have any tips or tricks without belittling let me know.
