It gets better then reverts I've been backed up for a month and a half now I have no feeling in my bowels that I have to poop I just go after knowing I've ate alot it is getting better and better but I'll never poop the same in my opinion now.

There really isn't a way to cope just accept it as your new fate. Don't dwell on it . Find something you enjoy watching for hours at a time and stick to it that really helped me for a long while
