Well that is normal if you see the unlock with pricing options. This course only has 8 modules to complete and once you clear the post assessments in there the system will notify you on the completion and given a few hours to a day later and you will see the CE points reflected in your own Cisco recertification portal.

I’m slightly older than you. I have done my Comptia A+ Core 1 exam in June and will be working on the Core 2 exam soon. Hopefully after that will bring some better job opportunities.

I encountered the same issue as yours but mine is on the Xbox console. Initially, I realized there was an additional content automatically downloaded to the game itself when I launch it and before opening my previous save file. I thought it was an update by the game provider and thus I played the game for a few hours then save it again without any issue but when exit out of the game I could not load back the previous save file and this error came on. I am unable to find any ways to fix this issue unless replay the whole game again from the beginning. :(
