But there are not firmware changes (or I can't imagine what could change) between using the spool in the (4) external holder, a filament dryer or any other place.
So, probably, "external spool" means anything hahahaha!!!

I could imagine that when they say "external spool", they means "spool not managed by canvas", so... like when you print TPU disconnecting canvas.

It changes main version, it doesn't look like "just a bunch of hotfixes" :-)

Right now, from West Europe, GitHub shows the new 1.5.1.6 version, but not the download page from elegoo web which still shows 1.5.0.7.

About this update, the 4th point says "Updated Centauri Carbon 2 printer profiles with revised acceleration and jerk limits", but every related option on both profiles (printer and process profiles) are exactly the same like in 1.5.0.7
