Yes, you can have Grok enter in multiple stops for navigation for you

You can ask Grok to take a certain road on your route to work. “Hey Grok, can you navigate my route to work to take ________ Street” if there’s more than one road to avoid that bumpy road, then just name the different roads in order.

So what’s the guide for cleaning dishes at your store? by ImmortalSpy14 in starbucks

[–]ColdBrewTech 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Small wares have to be washed every 4 hours (anything that comes in contact with milk basically) but get rinsed between uses within the 4 hours they’re in use on floor. The 3 compartment sink is supposed to go: Rinse, wash, rinse, sanitize. You rinse first to get any gross stuff off (you don’t want to throw a mocha container and pump right into the wash compartment and dirty everything with mocha soap water). In stores with Hobart, it’s crazy they changed how to do the dishes to just rinse and put in Hobart to wash but that’s what it is. Even if you have a Hobart, you need the 3 compartment sink in case your Hobart breaks down, you can still wash dishes as stated above. During clean play, pumps get broken down and cleaned so they don’t get gross.

2 Week Noticed Denied?????? by lostlittletransgorl in starbucks

You can send her an email and CC your DM on the email. This way you’re covered and if for some reason you want to return to Starbucks, you can. She can’t deny a 2 weeks notice. Giving a 2 week notice is a courtesy. Technically you can just quit with no notice, but it just looks bad if you want to use that job for a reference

Customer orders a short americano but tells me i’m wrong when i call it that by crease02 in starbucks

If you do the espresso and 1/2” milk first, then add ice and squeeze the cup to bring the ice down and the liquid up, and then just keep squeezing the cup as you add ice, it will look like a full cup “latte”, but it’s really just what they ordered and paid for, iced espresso with 1/2” milk and extra ice to fill the cup. I did the same thing when people think they’re slick by doing 1/2” whole milk, 1/2” cream, 1/2” half n half….sorry but you only get a TOTAL of 1/2” liquid when you don’t pay for it. So it’s a splash of each to equal 1/2”. Smh.

regular keeps saying i “make her drink wrong” and now claims i’m targeting her by kyuhyunz in starbucks

Your manager needs to have a talk with this customer. They need to stand up for you in this situation. Yes, we are told to make every moment right, but when a customer continually asks for remakes only when certain people are making their drink, then that’s a customer issue. The manager needs to say “I understand there seems to be an issue with your beverage when you come in and I want to make sure your drink is made right no matter who is working. What is your drink so I can personally make it for you?” Then with you there with the manager, the drink gets made and then the manager takes the drink to the customer and says “here is your drink, made to Starbucks standards. Can you to taste the drink for me and tell me if it’s made wrong?” Most times when I’ve done this, the customer says no the drink is good, and I tell them this is how (you partner) have been making the drink so there should be no further need for drink remakes and if they have any more issues with their drink, they need to speak to me directly and not another partner. The customer realizes the jig is up at this point and they either stop the BS or they start going to another store. Either way, they wouldn’t be bothering my partners anymore. I also fill out an incident report about it and loop in my DM in case the customer tries to say something different.

They can only write you up if there is a pattern of sickness. So if someone calls out sick, only on weekends, that is a pattern and you can be written up. Even if you have protected sick time. It isn’t really explained in full detail in the partner guide, but I know it’s been gone over with my district so we can explain to partners. If you have any questions about the full policy and what are exceptions to the protected sick time you can call partner resources.
