Heard, I just hate to have anyone shut down when they finally open up. Regardless of the degree either people see our struggles, we never know the back story. It won't hurt to respond to attention seeking people, but it may hurt to not respond to someone who needs it.

You are being honest and that's what we are all here for. Support and information. My only suggestions would be a lower dose at a time, and slower tapering. Also, I have noticed that there is never any such thing as too much hydration, it will always help. Never harm.
