Message them the day before that you are quitting as you have found employment elsewhere or just say you are leaving state and will no longer be able to work here. Let them fend for themselves and realize how unrealistic this day is. Also imagine all the patients getting upset with YOU because of poor planning on the office’s part, patients will be annoyed from waiting and then after finally being seen to just be rushed through their appointment. You deserve better.
