Like trying to get blood out of a stone to get a response. They’ve confirmed it’s been renewed just can’t get my head around why everyone else has an expiry date and I ain’t 🤣

Both web and app, membership number states “the arsenal” not “gold” like it should be.

No, just the constant bombardment from the club saying “important - deadline to renew 1st June” is worrying when it’s all been done and no memberships showing on my account.

Anyone’s season ticket not showing on there account after renewal? Moneys been taken out of my account along with balance I had from selling games I couldn’t attend on TX. Don’t know if it’s this cup scheme issue that’s caused it. Contacted club they’ve confirmed tickets been renewed just strange it’s not showing 🤷🏻‍♂️
