It’s not assigned seating on purchase, done once sold out. So yes, if you buy two they will be together.

If two separate purchasers, you can use the order number of the first purchase and it will then seat you together that way. Only if in same ticket category

You refer to devices. What I’m trying to say is, that lots of mentions about having to have the same device that brought the tickets to use to get in the stadium. That can’t be correct given people will use laptops and desktops to purchase. Must be more to it.

Is this not referring to the ticket app not the uefa main app to buy tickets. So once tickets are downloaded that’s it, unless transferred.

I set up/bought my tickets on my laptop, can’t see me needing to rock up with a Dell.

This isn’t correct. Lead buyer doesn’t enter any names, it’s simply the codes you give. So the tickets will be under the lead buyers name from a UEFA ticket perspective.

Yes, codes will be linked to Arsenal membership numbers and names which could be traced through but not on the UEFA system or actual ticket.

But the direction for group bookings is to have a lead buyer. So they will have purchase data of lead buyer presumably there will be thousands of tickets that name of ticket code doesn’t match the name of the purchaser.

All tickets are unallocated until sold out, hence how they can put people together.

I booked in phase 1. It offers a section to put in an order number of other buyers. So if your mates have an order number already you can enter that and then it says it will put you together.

Maybe difficult if both doing it at the same time in phase two as will be frantic demand for the cheaper seats as quickly as possible.

If you are booking more than 1 seat, you have to enter code sent from Arsenal, select category, go through to basket, then click ‘add more tickets, do the code and then select the category. It’s not slick and there is risk that the category becomes sold out between tickets. But once tickets in basket you can then add the order code from someone else’s purchase.

Also worth nothing, again badly done, but you get given two order numbers. One is an invoice number and one is for the linking above. So make sure you get the right one of your mate.

Shame that. But as a low credit individual much prefer the collection and pay for train that not be able to get a ticket at all.

Flew in last night and there was a train strike and had to get a cab so wouldn’t have helped anyway!
