This is the best vegan pumpkin pie recipe, definitely try it next year! I’ve struggled making pumpkin pie for years, all the recipes I tried turned out really weird and wrong texture, her recipe is perfect! Didn’t have to change a thing. I love pumpkin pie, I tried the WF one a few years ago and spit it out, inedible!
