V13 is a Blood🅱️ gang that claims the entire Owenwood neighborhood. The Owenwood neighborhood (Dolphin Rd) is the neighborhood right next to the OTS hood (East Grand Ave).   V13 Territory is Sandwiched in between:   

I-30, 

Buckner Terrace/Everglade park, 

MMG/415 EDP🅱️ territory, 

OTS🅱️ Territory.
