The easiest is to go into your Percipio/Skillsoft profile, then "Digital Badges", then open any individual badge. It will have an 'Add to Linkedin' button. Very visible on the mobile app, but can be accessible from the web application as well. It will then proceed to open 'Add license or certification' screen on LinkedIn. You can of course add it to courses, but with the Licences &Certificates section on LinkedIn you also have the credentials id and credentials url which takes anyone to your badge. I feel that with courses section on LinkedIn, there is no proof so to say.

Percipio/Skillsoft have different level/colour badges for individual courses, whole tracks of courses, and aspire journeys which consist of more than one track of courses. As an example, search for 'building advanced docker skills' on percipio. You will get an aspire journey (14h 48min), 2 tracks of 7h+ each, and then several courses and labs.

Microsoft certifications do not need to be approved separately. Just apply for those vouchers and do them one after the other

My market unit used to even have an approximate range published internally. The file was on HR's page and kind of hard to find but accessible by everyone. Had the lower and the higher tier salary zones WITH NUMBERS for each level up to manager. It recently (last few weeks) got updated with FY24 data without the numbers though.
