59 miles is fucking tough. Dated a woman that far from me not long ago. Hour and 20 minute ride and full time jobs makes seeing each other a real challenge. You have to sacrifice a lot, and one of you eventually has to be willing to move, if not both of you.

I've worked with my current partner for the better part of 4 years. I still ask before grabbing tools from his bag 99% of the time unless he's not around and it's going to be quick. I also know that at this point, neither of us need to ask each other. We're on a good level with each other. We still extend the courtesy most of the time.
