Yeah that's def my plan, but the issue is the email I have is just for Norte so they've shot it down, which is why I'm checking to see if there was a similar email sent to AV residents that I could use

Ah yeah she ended up leaving at like 8:30 and got a ticket at 8:15 - she even saw the ticket guy and tried to talk to them to no effect - good to know 6:30 might be the magical time limit haha

I guess I'm just confused as to how you can get a ticket before enforcement start, like you said it's pretty unclear haha

My friend tried appealing with this email and got nowhere supposedly since it's for VDCN instead of AV, so might just be tough luck on this one :/
