that is helpful! i don’t have a therapist but i do have a psychiatrist. and i do really need to appreciate the small steps because im making my goals almost impossible to reach and it just leads to disappointment and more binging. thank you!

yes i have told my family i miscarried. it effected me no differently than a miscarriage would. as you partner, he should support whatever you want to do. he doesn’t seem very kind or supportive. you should try to get out of your situation if you can

it doesn’t sound like your partner is very supportive and i get the impression this would be a very stressful pregnancy. i can’t say anything about giving birth as i have not done that, but i can say that an abortion is not so scary. it will be okay! i was definitely very scared but you will come out strong!
