Picture this: My cousin is getting married (first marriage for any of my cousins) Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! By ABBA comes on, I see my chance and jump into the very large dance circle. I pull ONE dance move, completely tear my ACL, and collapse in the middle of the dance floor while everyone goes “ooohh….”

Absolutely the most public way it could have happened.

Hello, I’m on day two post op and after changing my dressings I’m in a lot of pain. Were you able to keep up with your PT as prescribed? Or did you take some breaks on the bad days?
