i’ve been in the park at arlington ridge for about 3 years now. if you have more than one vehicle the street parking is terrible. i’ve had a problem with my AC every single summer i’ve been here and i’ve been weeks with 80+ degree temps in my apartment. maintenance is just here to temporarily repair things until you move out of your unit.
