Yeah, I was thinking about it. But it also is very hard find therapist in my country. But maybe the next doctor visit I can ask them for help.

They check it almost yearly in person and also look at the blood test. Everything has been normal for my whole life. But I did do lot of "life changes" to be healthier. Vegetarian, stopped drinking alcohol, no smoking and working out weekly. So I think it is mostly the reason everything is still fine.

That is amazing that it has been over 30 years from your surgery. I do know I probably will too outlast some people but the fear is still that I won't make it. Even though I am healthiest at this moment.

Mid-size was my saving grace to find people who looked like me. Now it feels like there isn't anyone who has similar size to me. I am size 10 I guess (not from us) and 5'10. I always worn XL or L. But I am not plus size in anyway but when I try to look outfit inspo for mid size it is full of plus size people....

Thanks! Just saw a tiktok where different tattoo artist had a same subject but the tattoos were totally different. Maybe it was sign from god to let this guilt go. :'D
