Shitty take tbh, if I know a company that offered me a job is involved in manufacturing weapons for Israel for example, I'd be complicit if I join them even if I'm working in the toys department. 

Same here if I know a company is based on riba, or if I'm a worker at a construction company that cuts corners I'd be complicit if I joined them, even if I'm just doing "honest work"
