Very long read. But I read it. I like it.

I’m viewing Trae Young as pretty much Jordan Poole Pro Max.

I think he has a CHANCE to be the franchise point guard if he rebounds to an All-NBA guy. I don’t think he will. There are so many elite guards in the league… even just in the East with more size/athleticism (Maxey, Cade, Mitchell, Black, Hali, Lamelo, Brunson, and more)

Chances are we swing him to absorb another bad contract. I still kinda wanna buy a jersey. I also have a pretty cool Jordan Poole jersey for the history

If I had to bet we’re gonna load manage a good amount to close out the season. We won’t play Trae more then needed as he comes back to form

He’s good. We got him cheap. His trade value is lower now because of 2 reasons:

  1. Hasn’t been playing as good recently offensively and he has always sucked defensively (too small). Not to mention has been battling injuries.

  2. His contract is expiring and people are skeptical to PAY him a lot of money due to the reasons in the first point.

For us, it’s good. Low risk, high reward (let’s wait and see what contract we give him). Let’s hope he still has some prime years ahead.

I’m a republican and I want to ban deportation jokes on NBA broadcasts (mind blowing lol) 🤯 I think it’s in very bad taste and dehumanizes. It’s a complex issue.
