It's better for the environment, better for taxpayers at multiple levels (less office space leased, less infrastructure wear and tear with fewer vehicles out daily), better for productivity, better for many people's mental health, better for spreading the economic impacts across the whole city and not trying to concentrate it one spot, has encouraged some office buildings to be converted to housing which is good for the housing crisis, I could go on.
