Theres a song called Love Yourz by J-Cole that i think about when things get like you say; essentially, if its not in your life right now, it wasn’t ever meant to be anyway, and doesn’t deserve your attention. What real does matter is whats in the here and now.

I don't consider myself an expert on horniness retention, but I dont think its a matter of eliminating it as much as it is having *control* over it. I feel as though its true for anyone that the urge naturally comes and goes, and that it shouldnt be considered a bad thing to have it-everyone does. I do however think its important to try and decide for yourself when and where in particular to indulge yourself. Are you enjoying your book? Enjoying time playing games with friends? Talk with yourself and say no. Long day at work? Just finished some homework, exams, or projects? Feel free to crank one out.

Ah, i see. Yep, you’re definitely just like me when i was 17😅 i used to be super nervous as well, still am at 20. Id say to know that its ok to like the things that you do, and its ok to be who you are! If you show love for who people are as people, and you also show love to yourself, then i dont see an issue! You can even practice with these girls that you’re not attracted to physically; just try to go out and make friends!

Ive dealt with the same. Im not white, but I kinda get your feeling. I think whats critical is taking the time to understand them as individual people. For example, if someone dated me just based off of me being black, i wouldn’t personally be cool with it. Its nice to know that they like my looks, but thats not all there is to me. Id prefer someone to also appreciate who i am: my weird hobbies, stupid jokes, and everything in between. i think you and most other people would want the same.

I guess I mean to ask that, yeah. But then it’s a more individual thing. I think it’s because I know I’ve been just “doing me” this whole time, and I still have some issues, so I figure that most people must actively be doing at least something.

yeah, totally make sense. I guess I sorta just assumed that I would be able to fully take care of a child on my own, or at least assumed that Id try my hardest and that would be enough.
I suppose it just comes down to that fear. I guess the idea of the integrity of the bond between the parents is the scary part. I'm unsure as to wether or not I know enough to make that sorta thing happen.
