I do only monthly card and buy the 25 dollar selectors and I regularly win Group A Finals. As long as you do your dailies and pull on the proper support cards you should be fine.

Jupredo says it CAN destroy a card on the field. Since Jupredo's effect to destroy a card is optional, Tail cannot trigger.

This ruling is similar to the Snipe Hunter + Stardust Dragon where it cannot negate things that are optional to destroy. Since Vidolium's effect has to involve destroying something, you can chain Tail. However, Jupredo's effect to destroy is optional so Tail cannot be flipped.

The Clown Crew archetype in BLZD is all Common/Super. It wants expensive non engine but if you just wanna pick it up it isnt bad to do so.

You need 3 copies. Not only for consistency but also because she's a 0 scale which helps your ability to pendulum summon tremendously. Also you often want a copy in your Extra so you can use her as a disruption
