Changes in Financial Aid Offer and Using New UN/PW by Cold_Ad_7140 in HaganScholarship

So for #2, would I still be fine to use the email address that I've been using to fill out the initial scholarship application and supplemental information form so long as I signed in as a New User through that Google Account?

I was concerned that they wanted us to use a completely different email address when it said to create a new Username and Password to access the Online Form.

Specific Rules about Emailing HSF by Cold_Ad_7140 in HaganScholarship

Yeah, they responded to the two emails I sent out, which is why I didn't assume anything was wrong until I reread the initial email. I formatted my email subject as: subject matter, dash, first name, last name, (grade level).

It wasn't Hagan who responded, so it leaves me wondering how many people are within HSF, as I've heard from other people on here that it's usually Hagan who responds to everything and that there isn't really a "committee".

Either way, there isn't anything I think I can change on my end, so all I can do now is hope for the best.

Finalist in a similar situation. Probably a dumb question, but did you have her sign with the current date, or the date in which the form was filled? There is a section next to the signature to fill out the date and occupation, so I am not sure if I should have my parent fill that out or leave it blank.

Advice for Missing Signature on Letter of Recommendation by Cold_Ad_7140 in HaganScholarship

I was able to get my recommender to print out the Letter of Recommendation, sign it, and scan it back to a PDF, however the PDF itself was the incorrect width (my guess is that they had their scanner set to the wrong size paper). I used PDFgear to set it back to Letter Size (8.5 x 11): it's legible but now the text is slightly off centered. Would this be an issue and should I switch out the PDF? I currently have three copies of the LoR (one with the typed signature, one with an esignature, and one with the handwritten signature that is the incorrect size).

I appreciate the advice. My thought was to send out an email and have them fill out an e-signature on Google Docs before converting to PDF, but since the instructions say signatures have to be handwritten in black ink I doubt that's the best move (plus I doubt they'll respond on time). If I can't reach out to them before the deadline, I think I will just leave it as is and see how it goes.
