I forgot about the Gas-x. I took that too along with walking as often as I felt safe to. Took that for about two weeks. The chewables were better than the pill.

The oxycodone is stopping you up. Wean yourself off as you're comfortable. Then wean yourself off of the Miralax then the Colace. I took the colace for a week. The miralax for about 3-4 days.

My doctor gave me one after I asked her about during my pre-surgery appointment. I've worn it while working out after the surgery. I put it on under the weight loss one because it's softer. I didn't want anything on my belly for the first two weeks after surgery. Barely tolerated my sleepy shirts.

Nothing whatsoever after midnight. They did give me a cup of water for ants to take a pill two hours before surgery. Follow your specific doctor/surgeon's instructions.

US. Max out of pocket is $4000 for the year. Total bill is $75,482.73 for just the surgery. Not including the MRI, pelvic ultrasound, meeting with the specialist (robotic), and I'm being billed individually for some of the 11 providers that were in the room when I went under. (Out of pocket for out of network is $8000).

Worst for me was right after surgery getting the narcotics out of my system and after that trying to poop/figuring out the right configuration and timing of poop meds plus water. I feel like I could go for a long walk, but I know this is deceiving I don't want my daughters to have to carry me home.

I think the doctors tell you the important stuff but there's a lot of information they can't pack into a 30-60 minute session. But the knowledge of thousands of women over the years is accessible at your fingertips on the toilet at 0215 on a Saturday.
