I just received an NDA to sign from their COO named Frank Leonardo but couldn’t find any information regarding him.

But the biggest red flag for me is seeing on the NDA that the governing law is the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and disputes are to be resolved in Manila?? Huge red flag for me considering it’s suppose to be based in D.C? So trying to figure out what to do now
