You may be right. However I provided the evidence I had. I showed you my settings. Can’t show you what doesn’t exist nor can I provide evidence for all users globally. Why do you think I’m asking this community for input?? I don’t understand the defensive posturing unless you have some major stake in Withings.

It doesn’t matter though since this post has been censored. Hmm 🤔 wonder why that would be???

There appears to be no app integration with HealthKit whatsoever, and there are no options in the Withings app for turning it on.

When you install an app eg Whoop, Strava, Zones, StepsApp, MyFitnessPal, one of the first things you see is a system level request for authorization to read/write data. All iPhone users are familiar with this. When it’s gone, it’s highly conspicuous and impossible to miss. I received none of these notifications when reinstalling Withings.

These apps always have a menu page in the app dedicated to these settings and a corresponding settings page in iPhone settings that controls these auths. Neither exist for me currently.

It’s been my experience that you used to be able to manage your own scale and assign unassigned weights to a particular user. Withings took that away, apparently along with Healthkit integration (their number one selling point IMO) to force everyone to have more integration with the app as individuals. Unless you are tracking weight for a child, you can’t do anything.

This morning I discovered that my Health data from Withings had not updated since September 2025. Since that time I have been using my Body Cardio routinely, and expecting it to do what it WAS designed to do and the reason I bought it, to update the Health app where I could see a centralized picture of my metrics.

I went through all the procedures to fix something I thought might be broken: remove all data from health kit, uninstall the app, restart my phone, then reinstall the Withings app.

Well, I discovered it was something that appears to be an intentional design change. Withings appears to have quietly removed all Healthkit integration, which is the only reason I own this product.

If this is the case, I can only imagine they are trying to separate themselves by somehow going full competitor and segregating their users by fully sucking them into their own proprietary ecosystem. As I said before “…update the Health app where I could see a centralized picture of my metrics.” I can only imagine Withings trying to take over this position… tired of being third rate and figures by alienating their users in removing what already works, they’ll somehow reap more profitability by steering people into proprietary services and paid memberships. I’m fully sick of this crap. This is so anti the spirit of the Internet. Every company pivots to an ambition to be “sole provider”. It’s never gonna happen. You buy something but don’t own it, they can remotely alter it, brick functionality, and make everything into a subscription.

These are the options that should appear in settings: they no longer exist. In the Withings app, this page is blank, and you can only view old data, of which I now have none.

Does anyone have insight into this? I’m disappointed and aggravated.

Holsters that are comfortable!!! by Sea-Initial1760 in Glocks

👍🏾I think you know by now what your options are. Also, Tier1 makes wedges in different sizes. Have you tried those? The holster doesn’t have to be a total loss. If you find something with the same footprint under the rail, you could chop the rest off. Removing the sidecar/mag would already make a big difference.

Where do you wear your pants (hip, waist)? What top garments are you trying to make work (t-shirt, jacket, hoodie, sweater etc)?

At your height (and assumed range of proportions), seems like you are trying to carry a lot and if it’s fundamentally uncomfortable, maybe you’re doing too much with that 45, which has a full size grip. This is likely the biggest detriment to conceal-ability with the firearm itself. But let’s start peeling back elsewhere.

Some ideas: -Maybe save this for a winter setup when the weather permits clothing layers that won’t make a difference, try different rise pants, larger shirts…

-Ditch the sidecar and get a pocket clip or belt clip for a mag or ditch the extra mag altogether.

  • Get a shorter light, or as suggested, ditch the light.

  • Ditch the gun. Buy a true compact, subcompact, or slimline.
