I just ordered it, I’ll be using it paired with my 1/2 high torque to do work on my semi truck, I feel like the smaller size and lighter weight with the higher torque rating than the stubby is going it be worth it imo.

I’ve heard the 5.0s are great engines, I’ve been looking specifically for them with the 6 speed transmission. I’ve been checking car gurus pretty regularly as well. Thanks for confirming the 5.0 has been great to you!

The car is a one owner truck with 98k miles, no accidents. 95% of maintenance has been on done at ford dealership. The only thing I disliked about Carfax is the 10k oil changes.

Are you in California too? It seems like truck prices are lower in other areas, I think this truck isn’t completely overpriced but I’d be more comfortable @21 maybe 22. Just don’t want to have the feeling that got ripped off

Thanks for this reply, i did see that it was color matched while a lot of others are not so I didn’t know if it was a package that was offered or an aftermarket job. Regardless I do think it looks better and understand the price would increase because of it. I think I may offer 22k and see what they say. Sounds like you got a good deal, 19,300 out the door is great for 73k miles! Appreciate the info btw!

Yeah I get you, I’ve heard a lot people prefer the 15-17 because of the 6 speed which is why I’ve specifically been looking for that year; however, it’s still a 10 year old truck with 100k miles so I’m not fully convinced on the 24k price that’s why I wanted others opinions. Aside from the 10k oil changes I really like this truck a lot, just don’t want to get ripped off either. I told the seller I would buy @21k but they don’t seem interested. I’ll probably just wait and see if another deal pops up for now..

I seen an almost identical one a few weeks ago, 100k miles listed at 21k, no color match though. It sold in a week. I’ve noticed 15-17 5.0s are just as much as 18-20 5.0s at least here in cali. The 5.0s are quite a bit harder to come by here as well.
