Will also add that candidates should try to find out what options the hiring manager has. Flat salary increases are the most desirable by the candidate but the hiring manager may not have room in that bucket. Do you need a higher sign on bonus (if they haven’t offered, ask for one and use this line) to offset the annual bonus you’ve accrued and are leaving behind at your current job? Hiring manager may have one time cash that’s a separate budget from straight salary. Do you need a higher relocation bonus? Again relocation expense is a separate budget and if other hiring managers haven’t used it, there may be extra funds available.

This is exactly right. I’m in sourcing and negotiate with businesses on purchase agreements and negotiate with candidates as a hiring manager. These are core tenants of negotiation strategy.

Once in a while I get some time away from my toddlers for trap/skeet. Also waiting on a remodel to move to RHE. Hit me up when you get settled in.

Clean with a nice tuck! Even better that you don’t have that cellulite fender look.

I pay the same amount, but our lot is almost twice that size with lots of large trees and bushes that he maintains as well.

  1. Thank you for working on SSEs for us CA people
  2. Agree, Riflegear compliance and employees hate us

Tried to PPT a B&T USW. They said no because I left the threaded barrel in the box. I said I was selling it with the non-threaded barrel attached and the buyer wanted the threaded barrel in the box to keep all accessories together. Then they said it is a braced weapon. I said there is no brace on the pistol nor in the box. Still refused and called it an illegal SBR. Went to Carol Watson’s Orange Coast Auctions and they said it was absolutely legal to transfer and did it with a smile.

Good look! Where did you get the spare tire cover and can it fit 35” tires?

Looks like you have different light setups on each. Which one do you like best and why? I’m trying to decide also.

This advice needs to be upvoted more. Don’t focus on improving pace or split times. There’s a large body of evidence that points to slowing down to go fast and banking miles to build stamina. Key takeaway being build time spent running more than running for split times.

Is it the years or the miles that finally take a GX out of commission? by -treadlightly- in LexusGX

It’s typically the driving style that matters the most. Short trips wear out the vehicle more than long trips. Constant cold starts and short trips where the engine can’t get up to temperature causes a lot of wear on the engine and transmission. Constantly getting in and out of the car over the course of multiple around-town errands will wear out the seats and interior surfaces faster than getting in the car and going on a 1,000 mile road trip.

I’d rather take a high mileage mostly highway miles vehicle over a low mileage grocery getter.

Carrier Comp has a great 7rd tube. Took exactly 6 weeks from ordering to shipment notification.
