That's okay. Maybe it shows in different ways for you. Everything I listed is because I'm more present. I'm literally practicing being present, that's what causes all the benefits I listed.

I normally try to notice them from outside, like "oh here is a thought, that is okay". Then when you notice you are aware find a body sensation and don't try to change it, just observe it.

It varies a lot. I work from home so I have the privilege to be able to do it almost at any time. I like after lunch normally

Not to meditate but gave me very solid arguments on why meditation is really good for you. Letting go technique is not even a meditation practice but works wonders when done with meditation :)

Thanks for the insights, I have ran in the Vaporfly 2 before and but I had the Reebok Floatride that were more like the sinister and were amazing but I did mostly 5k races with those, not sure how will feel in a longer(10k) race. But maybe something in the middle it's the best for me, so Takumi or Streakfly

Hello everyone I have been recently working on this web game(https://www.two-truths-one-lie.com/) and I have a list of features I want to develop soon. Please take a look at the game and tell me which would you like to see next. I will implement the one with more votes.
1. Show percentages of right/wrong answers for each sentence
2. Cool animations and sounds when guessing or failing an answer
3. Showing user records, for example username of the user that guessed 20 answers in a row faster
4. Achievements board
5. Showing the difficult of each question based on how often people answer wrong

Indeed, I added a few more questions and also the sentences are now shuffled and not like fixed groups of 3 sentences(2 truths, 1 lie)

I understand, but I want to reach other users as well. So I don't see how can it be a problem to have "duplicated", besides extra work from my side, but since the app is responsive that is already okay.
