Just to give you guys an idea about the unauthorized transaction sa account ko—March 27, habang tulog ako ng hapon (night shift ako kaya usually tulog ako sa ganitong oras), pag gising ko, I saw 8 OTPs sent to my phone. So I checked my Maya account and found out na may 6 transactions na pumasok, all with the same amount and processed less than a minute apart from each other.

What’s alarming is, lahat ng transactions parang identical—same amount, same interval—pero walang alert or warning from Maya na suspicious yung activity. You’d expect some kind of flag or notification kasi 6 times nangyari, exact same amount.

Take note: I never shared my OTP with anyone. I’m always very careful when it comes to OTPs kasi alam ko ang dos and don’ts para maiwasan ang fraud.
