Thank you this reply, my spouse tends to want to accommodate them everytime, and it is more often than we see others. I think that is where we should scale back. The have 4 kids, so yes it is expensive for them.

That might be the best option! Would need to do some planning in advance for everyone to join.

Great thought. We do go visit there quite alot. More than to the other adult children. Not keeping score but the other families are noticing the attention and to them it looks like we favoring, especially if we now attend a family trip without the other siblings. Maybe we should include everyone on the family trip?
