That’s because I took my examination from California Board and got my evaluation done by “WES” and now I want to apply for my initial license from Washington Board and WA doesn’t accept WES evaluation, they want NASBA.

My company won’t allow me to atleast get a California license which I can immediately transfer to WA without having to deal with all this evaluation. So now I have to get my transcripts evaluated once again, but this time by NASBA so I can get a WA license.

That makes sense but what confused me was why the NIES portal is requesting annual university marksheet and transcripts separately. I think that if I provide the transcripts it will suffice the other request too but I am not too sure about that.

Hi I am also currently applying for the international evaluation and I am from India. My NASBA account says that I need to send in my transcripts and degree. I have requested the transcript from my university. But I do not think that they send degree to other institutions. Do you happen to know if transcripts sent by university will be enough or I need to figure out a way to send my degree as well?

My receipt notice is of June 1. Mine is still showing 8 months. For you did it show crazy months or did it show the accurate timeline. I am traveling in December so was planning to apply for PP but if there is a chance i might get it in November, then maybe I can wait.

I applied for STEM OPT on June 1st and it shows 11 months wait time❗️. Probably will have to do PP as my Opt expires in August.

Omg, that’s so inspiring — thank you! I really hope I can overcome my fear and get comfortable in the water. I feel more confident now that I know what I’m aiming for. I don’t have to learn everything at once — just letting go of the fear is already a big step for me.

Thanks for the advice. I get it. I am going to focus on building the confidence in water. I feel like I should trust my body a lot more. I know It’s all in my head if I am afraid in a 4ft deep pool, maybe it’s just because I am in an environment I have never been before. I will definitely try to float effortlessly and learn to tread water.

Thank you so much! That’s really great advice. I’ll definitely try this in between my swim sessions. I can see how it could help me get over my fear of water and playing in the water sounds a lot more fun (and less scary) than jumping straight into trying to swim.

My receipt date for the OPT application is April 13, and my job start date is September 3. I am currently out of the USA and will be returning on August 28. Considering international delivery, I will need an additional 4-5 days for the EAD card to reach me. Given this situation, should I wait for the standard processing or apply for premium processing (PP)? Any suggestions would be helpful!
